W-1

I call this the W-1 after my good friend who used to fly paper airplanes with me when we were in elementary school. He didn't design this plane himself, but was shown how to make it by one of our other friends.

In any case his favorite plane was always this one.
It's a remarkable design in how well it holds together on the underside with a very simple folding technique.

The W-1 is a well known design which is very easy to make. I recently found a discarded one on a local sidewalk. It's a sport plane with good stability and maneuverability, and a glide speed maybe a bit slower than the K-20 Moth.
